Welcome! The guest book has become swamped with information on various topics. In order to better organize topics we have added a message board. The guest book will remain, but will be for short comments only (as it was first intended). Thanks for a very nice web sit, you've done a good job. I guess I'd like to air my pete peeve , the people who complain there is nothing going on in Emmons and then when some people try they, don't take part any of "Border Fest". I feel I got my monies worth just people watching and visiting down town. Sure its noisy for a couple of nights, but its quiet the rest of the year Thanks for all your work. Berniece Beers

Just wondering why no pictures of the other bands? Jonny Holms is fine but Maybe some of the other bands?

I posted pictures that were either taken by me or forwarded to me. I was too busy doing other things to take my own photos of the bands, but luckily, photo guy photography was nice enough to share what they had. If you have photos you would like to add, just email them to me and I will put them up. That being said, I've started a whole new Borderfest heading. Please put further posts under that heading.

I have enjoyed looking through the historic photos of Emmons. Thank you so much to those who have shared them. My grandfather George Harvey Emmons was born and raised in Emmons (1913) later moving to Marshalltown, Ia - then Chandler, AZ.. his father owned the old grocery store in Emmons many, many years ago. Does amyone out there happen to have any old photos of the grocery store? Thank you,
